Mark Howcutt studied at Oxford University Medical School qualifying in 1997. He worked at Stoke Mandeville Hospital before completing GP training at Haddenham. He has been a partner at Haddenham Medical Centre for over eight years and a GP trainer since 2004. He is a member of Bucks LMC.
Martin qualified from the University of Liverpool in 1997. He initially pursued a career in surgery training in Sheffield, then specialised in ENT surgery in the Southwest. After obtaining a Wellcome trust funded research degree at world renowned Blond McIndoe laboratories, he moved to general practice to benefit from more rewarding patient centred personal care and pursue his passion for innovative healthcare development. Trained in general practice in Devon, since 2009 he has been a GP partner and business development lead at Trinity Health in Buckinghamshire. He is leading on productive general practice programme within his practice and his interests lie in making health care responsive, innovative and patient focussed.
Prior to his involvement in the NHS John had extensive marketing and general management experience in manufacturing industry. Following this he was recruited into the NHS as a Director of a Health Authority. Subsequently he worked in primary care management and helped to set up CV Health. As Commercial Director, John contributes to strategic development and policy.
Karen started in sales and product marketing in the IT industry, progressing to European business development in manufacturing engineering. Joining the NHS saw her business development experience expand within a community health trust whose turnover grew from £30 to £90 million. Working as a business development consultant, Karen has worked for many local authorities, NHS organisations and charities including London Borough of Barnet, British Red Cross, and Wycombe Primary Care Collaborative. Karen joined CV Health to grow the company through implementing its strategic objectives.
Dr Siva qualified from Charing Cross and Westminster Medical School in 1988. He has spent time in Boston, Massachusetts at a Harvard Teaching Hospital specialising in Internal medicine and Cardiology.
Dr Silva has been a GP for over 16 years. He has been an independent complaints advisor to two out of hours providers and taken a leading role in creating the Chiltern GP collaborative before forming Chiltern Health in 2007 and CV Health in 2012.
Liz Hooker joined CV Health in April 2013 as Business Development Manager . Liz's background is in Business Development and Marketing with 3M, Imation and Infrasoft (part of Bentley Systems).
Liz initially worked with our Health Checks, Phlebotomy, ENT, Minor Surgery and Aural Care Services; in addition to Marketing, CQC Compliance and Auditing.
Since November 2015 Liz has been working as the Operations Manager for CV Health.

Dr Waqar Hussain qualified from Rawalpindi Medical College Pakistan in 1987 before joining the HolyFamilyHospital in General Surgery, where he spent his time training for his practical surgical skills.
In August 1998 he completed the Luton & Dunstable Hospital GP training scheme and immediately joined the Wye Valley Surgery in High Wycombe. He has been doing regular minor surgery sessions since then, taking the Minor Surgery Lead in his own practice. Dr Hussain has almost 20 years' experience in performing minor surgical procedures and started working as a surgeon for CV Health in Oct 2011.
He has continued to keep his knowledge and skills current and regularly attends minor surgery courses. Dr Hussain is CV Health’s Clinical Lead for Minor Surgery.
